I know in ours when I asked the dealer to fit speakers he said that the wiring was in place already.

Check if there is any voltage on them. If there is, make sure they cannot touch each other and short-out. They could be a 12 volt feed for something that is no longer there, if you bought second-hand.

Some times there's some cables to connect the mover when the hand set doesn't work.
