I think your baby will quickly outgrow that.
Long term you will need something more solid. I think I’ve seen someone hang a wooden cot side from the top bunk.

As you have a secondary dining area I'd consider a standard travel cot if you can find one that fits in the space once the table is removed.
We took ours to a static last year and for the cost, it's simple and safe and makes a good play pen up to the age of 3 while you have your hands full. You can even use it at home... it currently lives in our bathroom so the little one can play safe while I take a shower.
