We have used Tockfield near Alfreton in Derbyshire in the past, its a few years ago with a previous caravan, but they did a first class job, and give the option of using their customer site at the side of their factory to stay on whilst they work on your new makeover.
As a guideline, a friend had new upholstry, carpet and curtains made for his 2berth Swift Challenger and got change out of £600. It all depends on what fabric and grade of foam/springing you choose and of course the size of the caravan on what the final price will be, but they do make a very good job of what they do.
Oh, and give a discount to Caravan club members, when they advertise in the clubs monthly magazines.
