Hi. I wonder if anyone can help please? We are just about to take delivery of a Buccanner Cruiser. My husband isn’t sure if we should leave the stays down when in storage. He is concerned about the hydraulic rams being exposed to the elements.
Will be interested in what they say,we are looking at one of these for a seasonal pitch so the stays will be down half the year exposed to the elements..
surely they are no different than a motorbike front forks? except that they get all sorts of muck hitting them at speed, its rare that they suffer to much. but if concerned why not make a cover that you can press stud to the underside of the floor to hold in place
Hi ianko1. Thank you that’s handy to know. Hopefully the dealer will explain this to us when we collect. Do you enjoy your Cruiser? Really looking forward to using it, but with some trepidation as soon much to learn

Take your time when doing the handover and make sure that everything works okay even if it takes up to 2 hours. To date on our 2018 Cruiser collected end of Oct last year we have only had a few minor issues. On Facebook there is a Buccaneers Caravan Group if you are interested.
