Ok so just an update we have gone for a Powrtouch classic to replace the Ryno. Should be with us Monday or Tuesday so will fit it next weekend. £50 discount as well off the price. Thank you all for your input.

You will not regret it.
I hope not. Don't get me wrong the Ryno works fine you just need to be close to the caravan for it to work but the big issue for me is the buttons they are too small and flush and when you have problems with hands it makes it hard to use.
Just an update, fitted the new motor mover Powrtouch classic today and I must say I'm impressed with it. Moves the caravan up and down our gravel sloping driveway with ease. 4 speed settings for accurate manoeuvring and the usual soft start.
I think without any doubt that the Al-ko Mammut is by far the best mover available. It does not hang down below the frames so it is less vunerable to rough roads and speed bumps
i would just like to add... i do a lot of touring in north west scotland.. i have been down some pretty grim single track roads.. my classic mover has not hit anything yet..
LlaniDavis, Glad to hear you got your mover fitted ok. Used mine this weekend and I must say it was better than the Ryno I took off. I like the fact you can change direction without stopping as well and it has 4 speed settings. The buttons on the remote are a lot easier to use than the Ryno.
Never had any problems with ground clearance on any movers I've had in the past.
