We’ve just changed our caravan and I had noted that the front smaller piece of carpet was curled where it had been washed on numerous occasions looking at it.
I had looked to see how much it would be to get replacement ones, and gulped. Then I came on here and looked in past threads to see what others have done. Taking advice from that I went to our local carpet shop with the existing carpets, was able to chose a far better end of roll ( flecked not plain, far more practical with a dog, hubby and a teenage lad!). The cost of the carpet was £15. To get it bound was £50.......then the shop contacted me, told me there was enough for a complete second set, so another £50 to get them bound too.
Totally delighted with my replacements, and a a fraction of the cost from Swift.
So thank you to others on here that have done similar and shared their tips.
------------- My photos allow you to see what I saw at the time that I took it....No messing.

We have done that in the past Calinyx and as you say much cheaper than from Swift.
With our last two new caravans we take the original carpet out and store it. We then buy runners from our local market and replace them if needed. They cost £8 p/£10 each.
When we come to sell the caravan we replace the original carpets.

Our van didn't have a carpet ... never has ... just a solid poly something or other floor ... very easy to clean and maintain ... and not liable to be populated by anything that enjoys the luxury of a 'mini-forest' ...
So much easier to clean, too.
As we use it, exclusively, on the continent, where generally hotter climes are the rule, it's probably a very good idea ... we are very much 'fair weather' campers ... so winter week-ends are not an option (where carpeting may feel better under foot?)

My van came with a carpet roll kind of thing, but I've never used it. Instead I've just left the Lino alone, it looks good (has a sort of laminate flooring effect on it) and like Kelper said, its far easier to clean than carpet.
