Does anyone cover their caravan in the summer would the heat building up cause any problems .

We cover ours whenever not in use ... stored in France/indoors ... so never in full sun ...

Everything is as the day we left it each time we return.

I suspect you are referring to outdoor use, so I can't really comment.
