Screwfix, possibly, or Wickes?

Suggest you go to a caravan shop and get the correct plug sockets They fit almost flush with the surrounds and are usually a light brown in colour

I would use plastic back-boxes normally used for plasterboard, then mount the sockets in those. When you tighten up the screws they clamp tight in the hole. Both should be available in any DIY store.

Quite a few breakers on eBay sell caravan socket fronts if you want ones that match your existing set up.
If not then, as mentioned, Wickes, Screwfix etc are as good a place as any and they usually have a selection of colours if you want to get fancy.
I've fitted additional lighting using led tape with aluminium enclosures in our van, all from China for cheap money. Wire it up to the 12volt side of things via small round bulkhead switches, no drivers required, piece of cake.

I've used the ones from Screwfix that are meant for plasterboard. I have used sockets with built in USB sockets as it is a handy way to charge my phone etc.
As the back of the box is in a cupboard I wrapped self amalgamating tape round it to cover all the holes and make sure it was safe.

------------- We camped for years. In 2019 we bought an Elddis Avante 454. We like it as it is short (6.9m) and fits in our driveway and has a fixed bed.
We had 127 nights away in the caravan in 2023.
