There is a simple way to check it it's the O-rings or the one-way valve because I have been along this route myself in the last week or so.
Remove the plug that connects the water in the aquaroll to the caravan, after a few seconds you may see a trickle of water run back out of the fitting at the caravan end, it may stop for a bit but after a few seconds the same thing repeats again the non-return valve is faulty.
Some units have a separate one way valve that may be able to be opened & cleaned, in my case with an inboard pump it is integral with the pump head. I think I will fit an external valve in-line and save 50 quid.
If no backward leak then it's the O rings that are worn and need replacing.
