Whilst cleaning my compass Corona I noticed a couple of hairline cracks on the top right of the front panel. Don't look deep so not sure if it's just the paintwork.
Van is just out of build warranty, 2 years left on water ingress warranty.
Will this be covered under water ingress warranty even though it's not leaking?
Alternatively is there a quick repair I can do myself?
We have gad hairline cracks in both our last caravan and our current motorhome. Both have been repaired under warranty so I don't know what the cost would be but both repairs have been excellent. The dealer I used contracted it out so it might be worth asking where they get it done to cut out the middle man!

Cheers. Reading the water ingress warranty I'm sure it's not covered until it's actually leaking so I will look to do myself. It looks to be just cosmetic at this stage.
Good shout on asking the dealer though I will phone them to see what products they have.
there are a lot of reports of either the front or the back cracking such as this you could do a search on here for them, if I was you I would leave well alone, or at least until your dealer has been informed and seen them for himself. in the mean time I would be taking very good pictures of each corner esp the cracks (place a card with the date) and keep good records of it, it might not be leaking right now but this could end up being the start of something, I hope not but better to be careful at this stage whilst you still have warranty on the van, anything you try to do could end up invalidating that warranty or even be used against proper repairs in the furture
If you drill a small hole about 2mm at the end of the crack it will stop it spreading, then use a dermal if possible and grind a v shape along the crack apply the filler and sand so its smooth then paint over the repair. That's the way a caravan repair specialist I know does it. Mine has a small hairline crack too I just covered it over with a clear epoxy glue similar to araldite, that was probably over a year ago and it has not got any worse as yet.
Just wondering if you do a repair yourself and then it comes back or gets worse and starts to leak your warranty may be void it may be worth a chat with your dealer before you do anything
------------- its our imperfections that makes us perfect
There is a product called creeping cracks which is ideal for what the OP mentions, if its not covered by warranty.
Widely available , I saw it today on Amazon.
------------- It is a wise man who has something to say.
It is a fool who has to say something.
Is.the creeping crack cure white or will I still need something to touch it up afterwards. It's not a deep crack, looks like someone has drawn on it with a pencil.
Seen some gelcoat filler online. Any idea which one would be better?

This is a well known fault with Explorer caravans and is an inherent fault under Consumer Rights Act so dealer should be doing the repair free of charge.
The fact that it is out of warranty is of no concern to you because the warranty is between the dealer and the manufacturer and not between the consumer and the manufacturer.
Don't let the dealer fob you off because those hairline cracks develop into a more serious crack. This was one of the reasons why we rejected our 2016 caravan last year!
