i have a 2013 cadiz,on our last trip the control panel was working fine,however on this trip there is no display on screen at all,also I cannot get the hot water to work,despite the red light on the switch near the floor being on. all the 12 volt and 240 volt sockets and lights are working,

Check all the fuses in main fuse panel.
Is master switch on,battery fully charged?
The control panel has the pump switch which the hot water needs.
I susect its the same panel as we had in our last Vigo, access to the back of it was by removing wooden panel inside the cupboard,2 or 3 crews then lift it out.
You can then see back of the panel and check the connector is ok and panel fully forward in its surround-they can move back.
