Hi, I would be very grateful for some help on the above matter. My heater is not getting hot at all on any of the wattage settings. The fan is working but all that happens is that cold air is blown out through heater and ducting. I have been advised that it is highly likely that it is the pcb board. A company will repair defective boards, my query however is how do I get the pcb board out to send off?
The drawer above heater comes out as does the top panel, exposing the board at the rear of heater. However as access is very limited and the pcb is right at back, what is the best way of removing it, or do I need to completely take heater out?
I would welcome any advice. Pete.
I have to admit we had a problem working out how it all worked, we found one of the knobs set wrong, nothing to do with heater, it was us, who could not read instructions.
main reason for not reading instructions was we did not have them.

Its always worked fine, it appears to be a defective pcb, that is my query, does anyone know how to remove pcb from rear of heater, bearing in mind the limited access.?
Im sure you checked but it isn't a button as such but an oblong indent in the plastic think on the left hand side as you look at it give it another look.
