Make sure you get the date in writing. We ordered our van at the NEC October show a few years ago and were told that it would come in February. We phoned up in January to see if they could be more specific about the date and were told it was actually going to be June. Luckily we had the February date in writing and told the dealer we wanted to cancel the order because they could not uphold their end of the deal. They pulled some strings and managed to get us one for February but if we hadn’t had that in writing, I don’t know what might have happened.

Well picked up the van last Friday, after a couple of hours with handover and moving huge amounts of accumulated stuff from old van, we towed a few miles to a site for a few days testing. Van towed like a dream. The Alde heating was most impressive. We had a great two days and then towed back to the storage. Alarm system activated and with the command system can keep an eye on the battery from home. Due away again in 8 days.
