I have a 440 since 2011 and it does make up a double of sorts in the rear dinette. (its the 430 that has it as a fixed bed)
From experience, the rear bed doesn't offer a lot of room and can be uncomfortable for the one on the outside as the triangle centre cushion moves. If its only 2 of you, I would recommend you leave that as your eating end and make up the larger front dinette as your bed.
I can send you pics of rear cushion positions or you can google bob bailey blog, someone called Ian had a blog about his travels in a 440 and had lots of pics etc and advice.
