Hi all, I contacted the company in the Netherlands and they came back with nothing. They don't sell DeWit awnings etc so I drew a blank there. The next stage for me is to fit an awning rail on the opposite side (with the water pump etc,) so we can put our porch awning up as a bedroom. We're also looking at buying another awning with an annex.
So my question is, has anyone fitted a new awning rail to a caravan? Looking at the side of our bailey olympus, it is just a flat edge so I expect I'll have to drill holes into it and use the sikaflex adhesive sealant as well.
My concerns are possibly drilling into something I shouldn't? Any ideas anyone? I'd be very grateful.
And thank you Ronni54 for your help with DeWit! Very much appreciated.
