I also checked all the fuses near the battery/ trip switches and all seem to be fine sorry if it’s in the wrong section

There should be a switch which says 'CAR/VAN'. The switch should be switched to 'CAR' when the 12 volt electrics are plugged into the vehicle towing socket as the power is received from the car battery but once the caravan towing plug has been detached then the switch needs to be switched over to 'VAN' so the power is received from the caravan leisure battery.

A 2006 caravan will have a habitation relay which does the same job of the earlier car/van switch automatically.

There will be a master switch for the 12 volt circuits such as pump and lights etc. Also very likely to be a master switch for lighting.

When you connect the aquaroll you need to make sure it has about 15 litres or more in it. You then need to bleed the system by switching on a hot tap and running the pump. This will usually result in a load of splashes and splurges of water coming out while all the air in the pipes and the water heater is bled through. When steady water flows you can turn off the tap.

You will also need to look underneath and if water is pouring out you need to close the water system drain tap.

The OP said that there was no pump light active therefore the pump isn't working at all disregarding whether the drain plug is open or not which means there is no 12 volt power. Even if the caravan has an automatic habitation switch it doesn't explain why there is no power. My caravan has an automatic habitation switch but still has a 'CAR/VAN' switch that needs activating otherwise I get no 12 volt power from the leisure battery.
