Two singles with a central rear washroom door inbetween can be a real pain, the bedding tends to overhang and prevent the door from opening propperly without some faffing about, not good if you are bursting to 'go' in the middle of the night.
Indeed our old Lunar Zenith lived upto its Leaky Lunar name, 2006 model and started having damp problems at 5 yrs old. Elddis has been fine so far, now in its 6th year since new. Best van we ever had build wise, a Coachman Genius bought from new in 1996, solid and dry.
Entry level caravans with fixed single beds tend to have thinner cheaper mattresses, both to save in weight and manufacturing costs. This turns out to be false economy in the long term, as many owners have to spend more money either upgrading to better matresses, or using toppers such as the Duvalays in order to get a comfortable nights sleep.
