Whether or not the site will charge for removal will depend on the contract you have with them. When you say "mobile home" do you mean a proper residential unit on a residential site, or is it a "holiday home". The terms of siting/ occupation of these are very different.
Also, if you haven't already done so, do check whether planning permission is needed and has been granted (if necessary) for where you intend to site it. This may be needed even if you own the land.
