We purchased a new swift elegance grande 645 at the caravan show at the nec last October from salop caravan Shrewsbury and was told we would get delivery in April which we did,the hand over was very good and comprehensive,they saidthat we should take it back in thirty days to have any niggles looked at but we told them that it going on a seasonal pitch so after spending the following day setting up a 2.8m awning I decided to test my new shower and it leaked :(( it seams there was a little bit of sealant missing! So we contacted them sent photos was told warranty work work was back at dealer we said NO so a compromise was reached and they came to us for a small call out fee which to be fair was less than the fuel I would have spent dragging it back ,the engineer that came was brilliant resealed the shower adjusted the sink waste tightened up a loose blind ,so I just wanted to give a bit of praise for a job well done ,you could say it should be right in the start but we are all only human and I think if the service is good that’s what counts
Hi, makes a change to have someone giving out credit where it's due. People are always ready to complain when things aren't right. Remember as far as I know there was only one perfect bloke and they crucified him.
