I think the shower door just has a self adhesive waterproof draught excluder strip around the perimeter. Just peel off the old seal, clean off with some white spirit to remove any old sticky adhesive then make sure you clean any remaining white spirit off with polish otherwise the new strip won't stick. Unroll the new strip, attach to the existing surround then cut to length as required. The roll can be found in the link below for under a couple of quid.
