Our new caravan is on its 4th outing. On the 2nd and current trip we have been getting an error 628H on the control panel when switching the heating on. No issues on 1st trip and didn't use heating on 3rd trip. The manual does not list this fault code and we couldn't find it on the website so a call to the dealer informed us that it could be the air circulating motor and that we have to call Truma directly.

We have called but it went to answer phone so we left a message at lunchtime today but have not had a call back.

We can get the heating going eventually if required.

Has anyone else had this problem with their heating?

Has anyone else had issues contacting Truma?

I have always found Truma (at Dovesite nr Burton-on-Trent) to be very helpful.

Thanks Grahame. It's taken an additional email for them to make contact. Something about voltage reaching the motor so needs to go to dealer.

Ironically the heating switched on during the night with no error and again at breakfast time. Think we'll keep an eye on it for the time being.
