As I have recently mentioned, our van was flooded at the beginning of Aug and was a write off. We managed to get a new van in time to go to France but didn’t have time to have the mover swapped. Anyway today, Lyndon from Peak Caravans (our usual caravan support) looked at swapping the mover but it’s too water damaged so we need a new one!

He’s mentioned 3different movers, at least one of which I don’t know. So, kind folks, your thoughts on Ego, Powr Touch or Reich?

I've just bought another Powrtouch for mine

They don't often have problems but if they do Powrtouch are very helpful,

We've had Reich and Powrtouch. Of the two, I'd choose Reich. No experience of the third.

Both were on heavy Hymer vans.

After sales is brilliant with Powrtouch. When we had trouble with ours Powrtouch sent an approved maintainer to the house to fix it. It was found the dealer installed wiring was at fault.

Powrtouch had no qualms and made no charge. Mover was 2 years old at the time.

Had a Reich and now on my second Powertouch Evolution. I would go Powertouch.

We have an EGO 8 years now, caravan 1500kg, only ever had to change the battery in the handset.

Powertouch for me every time , I have used them on my single axle and on my last twin axle vans (AWD quad movers).

They have never let me down and their backup and 5 year warranty is brilliant.
