If visiting Alde UK is too far, they are excellent at doing the job, then ring them for a more local "approved" engineer.
Very helpful company.

Well, yes and no.
The Alde uses a car antifreeze, but not all car antifreezes are created equal, by a long way.
The challenge with what we call "antifreeze" is not protecting from freezing that is easy and all can achieve that and its ability at that task will never degrade.
Way the biggest challenge is getting and maintaining over time protection from internal corrosion, particularly where as here aluminium is used.
VW the auto maker maintains a well regarded specification system for antifreezes, a system changing to reflect engine material changes, corrosion protection and the long term life of that protection, plus other refinements for an engine coolant.
Alde, have opted to recommend a VW spec antifreeze, currently VW TL774 J, known by a short code G13. Up till then they recommended VW TL774 G, short code G12++ [that double ++, means a great deal.
Both these are very good to use, just the G13 is environmentally and slighly technically better, hence its recommendation.
Both have an in use life of 5 years, at least.
Be aware calling a product a name using G13 can be a good sales angle, so it is important to buy fluids that actually are approved by VW , not just using the tag G13.
An easily obtained genuine G13 is Comma's confusingly branded, Xstream GG40.
An even easier obtained product meeting VW G12++, is Comma's Xstream G40.
If buying concentrate dilute with equal parts of deionised water, to not predudice the corrosion protection's ability and life.
Ready use, pre diluted G40 & GG40 are also sold.

Don't forget if doing it yourself, the waste has to be dumped responsibly and not chucked down the nearest drain.
We live in Worcestershire and there are several good AWS engineers who can do the job for about £220.

Here under Hampshire County Council they do, though only at specific depots. A phone call to HCC Waste & Recycling team, identified them.

I put it into plastic containers which I’d saved for the job. Asked the guys at the recycling centre where to put it and they took it off me. I made it clear what it was and where it had come from.
Precisely the way I have disposed of mine on each occasion I did the fluid change.
No real challenge, as you have the containers directly to hand to reuse, from the purchased fluid and water.
I even remarked the water containers with a permanent marker, “Antifreeze”.
