My first thoughts are for a fuse somewhere. I would have thought it was unlikely with a van of that age for the wiring itself to have failed. I would first check that everything else is working, because it would be unusual for each item to be individually fused, but it probably is a fuse somewhere that has gone. If a fuse hasn't actually blown, remove it anyway and check for corrosion on the fuse itself and the fuseholder. It's probably only something simple like that.
