Hi,
We bought a little caravan a few years back, a little lunar clubman, old, small but did the job, sold it we were going to buy another bur pulled out, since then car has been too small/weedy. We now have a nice 2.2 RR evoque, will pull most things upto 1500kg, which is plenty. Been looking at loads of things, esecially the bailey alu-tech vans, oh and Adria, as they look simple and realy cool.AS the baileys are bonded and bolted presumed no damp problems at all, until i googled it, are there known issuses with pegasus, unicorn, olympus, orion vans. wife wants single beds and decent bathroom, doesn't care about the kitchen, as i do that bit, i'm not fussed about ovens as we never used ours. The only downside to Adria is bathroom, although i did email Adria uk, who say bathrooms are water tight, and designed to be used and walked on, which a 10year water ingress warranty, but does that include water from the inside(showers).

thanks

j.j.

no caravan is better than the next, they all have issues, but that depends on how you treat them and if you are able to do jobs as they appear. the 10 year water ingress warranty is nothing to do with a shower leaking, that is entirely for water getting into the seals from the exterior, if a problem developed caused by the shower, say a crack or failed sealant then that would be fixed accordingly

If you believe what you read all vans have problems - you pay your money and you keep your fingers crossed. The less you pay the less you'll feel cheated if it all goes pear shaped !!

We have an xplore 422. We like the layout - largish side bathroom and large seating area but less tha 6m shipping length.
