Just wanted a but of advice if anyone has an xplore caravan I only have a 1.4t mokka with a max towing weight of 1200kg I currently tow a pennine fiesta but we want a caravan now but changing the car is not an option at the moment.
We have to young kids at 3 and 5 and I no the 304 is 4 berth but kids ant sleep on the bunks for long but has anyone got children in these caravan and how old are the until they we would have to upgrade.

Our daughter has an Xplore. Her children are now 10 and 8 and are fine. The bunks in the Xplore seem quite sturdy (a lot more sturdy than in our Lunar). There is a recommended weight limit for the top bunk but I don't know what it is.

We had a 1992 one of these:

It was very basic but with the awning worked fine. We slept our 3 boys in this aged 19, 13 & 6. 19 year old in awning.

Loaded weight only 750kg

We still do have a 1992 Elddis Wisp. Its a 4 berth with two bunks across the rear, so it would take two children easily. However, we are just two old fogies now and one small dog, so we have loads of room even without our huge awning.
