Enjoy your stays. We are booked on a CL from 4th July. Fingers, legs, toes etc all crossed we can get away. As we live on the South Coast we are going to York so hopefully travelling against the exodus south....

Hi all ,
I`m new to this site, and to motor homing. We have booked a motor home and plan to go touring around west Scotland in late July, my question is , do sites welcome 1 night stays ,or is it advisable to book in advance ? trying to plan a journey

unless things change in Scotland you are not meant to be moving more than 5 miles from your home

We’ve had to cancel 74 nights away this year but still have 72 booked for the rest of the year. We’ve booked 69 nights for next year but will book loads more once we see what is happening. We’ve also got 4 nights booked in 2022.
We need to get out in our caravan soon.

We camped for years. In 2019 we bought an Elddis Avante 454. We like it as it is short (6.9m) and fits in our driveway and has a fixed bed.
We had 127 nights away in the caravan in 2023.
