I have just upgraded to a fifth wheel with grey and black water drainage levers but from one outlet, my problem is that the seasonal pitch that I have had it sited is serviced with a grey water drain but black water is to be taken to the chemical toilet room. I have been supplied a tote tank which is 94 litres and doesn’t fit in the chemical toilet room. Does anyone have any advice, is there a RV to cassette conversion available? Please help.
IMHO I doubt whether anyone on here will be able to advise you, I think you would be far better off speaking to a specialist supplier of these vehicles.
Good luck, and let us know how you get on.

what cassette toilet make are you talking about?
They refer to the unit as an RV and toilet waste as black water so suspect they may be from the other side of the pond?
yes i realise that, but there will be a manufacture involved who would more than likely inform them of the correct size cassette
Why would it have a cassette or cassette fitting if its on a RV with drop valves? If you go to thetfords website for the USA you will see the differing systems that they have there compared to Europe. Years ago there was an adaptor that fitted in the place of a cassette that converted the system to allow the use of a pump and macerator to pipe the waste to a black water system on the site, it never gained acceptance here, but I've not seen a system to add a cassette to a RV system.

how far to the chemical dump point, you can use a uk caravan waste tote if your blueboy is too big,it just means more trips to empty, best solution if not too far would be a masserator and hoses, or hookup your unit which i know are quite large having had 3 of them and tow it to nearer to the dump point and use your 3inch hoses of which if needed are quite easy to buy from the likes of starspangledspanner in lincoln. The route to having a cassette would be to visit one of the american service guys who would take out your toilet seal the floor fit a uk style cassette unit and having a door for it cut into the side of your rv.
By the way you do not put any chemicals in an rv toilet for the tank as that would kill the natural bacteria that breaks down the stuff, and dont put anything like hair, those moist toilet tissues or babywipe/freshen up tissues in your black tank especially if you decide to go the masserator route as they will foul the impeller blades and its not a nice job cleaning the unit up
and a bit more info a blacktank will normally take 3 or 4 weeks to fill and for nature to work its best to let it get nearly full before emptying otherwise any solids you deposit land on the bottom and eventually become a mountain as there as not been the fluid to disperse them, a black tank generally will hold around 35 gallons approximately, and you normally connect the 3" pipes empty the black first then close that valve and open the grey water valve and empty that which washes the pipes out for you rather than messing with pipes with blacktank residue falling out as you disconnect and put them away
If the black sewage tank on your imported RV can hold a large amount can you not wait till you return home, lift the sewage manhole cover on your property and dispose of the contents direct into that?
