Hi
Not a new caravan man by any stretch but I've never used a fully serviced pitch.
However my next break is only available with a fully serviced pitch. I have fresh water hoses and aqua roll valve but....how much waste pipe do people generally carry?
Stay safe all!
just because its there you dont actually need to buy anything any different or even use it as fully serviced, all it means is that you will have your own tap and grey water disposal, so instead of the hike to get water its just a walk around the back of the caravan

You don’t need to use the fully serviced facilities if you want to use your waste hog then go for it.
But to answer your question, I honestly don’t know.
------------- Who needs travel agents,we have our static
Contact the site every caravan has its outlet in different places and it depends on where the drain is I have used them from time to time but used the waste master just emptied down the drain at the pitch

Only been on a fully serviced pitch once, this time last year, and that is exactly what I did. It was good to only have to move it about 6 feet.
What site is it? I’m sure someone has been and could give you a rough idea. We are currently on a serviced pitch at Chatsworth and 2m is fine there. However, we have been on sites where you only need about half a metre as the drain is positioned almost directly below where most caravans have their waste outlet and we have been on others where you need about 5m to reach the drain.

This is what I have and its worked out fine in the past:
5 meters of food grade hose pipe, tap connector and float valve
10 meters of waste water pipe
I originally only had 5 meters of both, but on one site the waste drain was right at the front of the van and my waste outlet is at the back.
Hello wow this is some coincidence I just joined this site for some better knowledge and lone and behold we are currently staying on East fleet for two weeks it's one of the best sites we have been to! I will get you a picture of one of the serviced pitches later today for you so you can see!
Well first things first the pitch sizes here are massive! We have a grass with electric down near the costal path its approx 6m in depth and 8m in width granted we only have a small 1994 Coachman Mirage 350/2 but as you can see plenty of room!
The serviced pitches (at least on the lower field) have a green bollard with the usual electric and water feed and the drain is located on the bottom of these bollards (little hard to see in the picture)
I have also added a picture of what our setup looks like on our plot to give an idea on the size of the pitches we had a nice view of the lagoon until a much bigger caravan parked next to us but owell
