Just purchased a caravan off a gentleman locally, all is great with it we have the original receipt and all documents from new, cris check all good.

Now for our secure storage they need to see the cris registration paperwork in our name, we have been on the website and registered online but had no email confirmation or any other information. Do I get registration documents with the caravan in my name? How long does this take? Is it via email/post?
Thank you for any advice.

You should get a credit card sized registration document from them. I can't remember how long it takes but, if the previous owner has not told them that they have sold it, it takes longer.

Great thanks, they're letting us store it but have already asked us if we have the cris documents yet and we only got it Sunday! Just checking we'd not missed something!
