no hot water? that is likely because you didnt fill the pipes up properly by letting the air out when you first connected everything you have 2 separate issues going on, they arent connected to each other at all.
so start again, drop all the water out of the system by flicking the yellow tap next to the water heater, go fill the aquaroll drop in pump, go inside the van, turn on power, go to the tap furthest away from the water heater (bathroom) turn on shower (hot) then sink, the shower cold and then sink, do the same with the kitchen. they will spit and spurt thats normal, once all air is out then turn to the internal pump as your underbed tank should be full, but dont forget to keep an eye on the water from the aquaroll and refill that as required. once you have done all that come back if you still have a problem
