I have no problem getting hot air blown into my bathroom, it can get pretty toasty, and it's quite a large van. The ducting is all internal, so heat loss is less than external ducting.
Mick S is spot on, the air will take the path of least resistance, so the bulk will want to come out of the vent nearest the heater, usually the front of van, then the middle vent, then the bathroom vent will get what's left! It will also cooler the further from heater it is. The trick is to adjust the vents to balance the airflow so that it heats the van evenly. If you want to heat the bathroom quickly/more, if say you wanted a shower, close the other 2 vents.
If you can't get any hot air (or at least warm air) out of bathroom vent, then something is wrong, most likely with the ducting. Check for splits, disconnected joints or crushing that is interfering with airflow. It does take a little time for the system to heat up, so you won't get instant hot air as soon as you turn the heating on, and the bathroom will be the last vent to blow warm air.

It's not really camping is it? Heated towel rails et al ?
Satellite TV's sitting in your vans looking out on the rain, why don't you just stay home?
Each to his own.
If you want to sleep on the floor, wash in a river and pee in a bucket that`s absolutely fine by me.
Not for me, thanks. Can`t beat a lovely hot shower in the morning without leaving the van, or relaxing with a proper cooked meal and several beers with my feet up when it`s lashing down or snowing outside, but as I say.........
Exactly my point, so why not stay at home .........
If you are looking to drive miles to simply have a few beers whilst it's lashing down outside or snowing couldn't you just do a day trip?
Well, I`m dragging my caravan to Scotland at the end of October for 10 days when the weather may be a tad inclement (and certainly potentially too cool for an old `un like me to spend under a sheet of canvas) . According to AA Roadwatch it`s journey of 404 miles each way, which, even with an early start, is a little too far for a day trip. I will probably go north of the border again over Xmas and New Year when the vistas are superb and the atmosphere is fabulous. You will be stuck inside your bricks and mortar. I know which I`d prefer, but ...............

It was only meant to be a gentle wind up, enjoy your trip.
