Definitely can't find anything on the net about Ace Harrier only Avondale Harrier.
There is a caravan dealers in Peterborough called Pioneer, it could have something to do with them as they appear to have been on the go for years.
Can you post some pictures?
------------- XVI yes?
As well is two words!
How does a sage know everything about everything? or does he? or does he just think he does?
Remember, if you buy something you bought it, not brought it.
i think this was a wandahome dealer special, nothing on the internet about it that i can find but i have a slight memory about it, i think it was mid 90s
Almost certain it is a ACE Pioneer - You should be able to confirm if you can find the manufacturers place which could be on the A frame for an older van. As mentioned above, the Harrier is probably a dealer special of the Pioneer.

I had an ABI Ace Pioneer XL many years ago. It was a 1989 model I believe.
Boat roof, very narrow double dinette at front, long side settee on near side with metal sprung bunk above. Offside kitchen and wash room for porta potti toilet, (not cassette).
That was our caravan, ABI Ace Pioneer XL. Identical except it looks like a lighter colour so maybe a bit newer.
That bed is really narrow for 2. I used to get up at 4.00 am to go fishing as I could stand it no longer.
Bunk bed looks the same.
The toilet door was odd. It either slid or opened inwards into a very small space. I changed it so it opened outwards.
Maybe tricky getting an awning as the channel may be too low for modern awnings.
