Hi we have an isabella awning its 2 yrs old and its leaking on 1 corner so we wiped it with warm water and put fabsil on inside and out .Wr have done this over the roof and corner we also have a gromet over the spike sticking ot . We cant think jhow yhe water is getting in .Just looked and the isabella water proofer is different from fabsil would this make a diffetence or is it the same stuff thanks

a 2 year old awning? i think i would be contacting isabella and asking them as it may still be covered bearing in mind this year you wont have used as much as in normal times

still worth ringing them tho as isabella are sold for such purposes, seems to be the awning of choice on seasonals
