I have just had a competitive quote from this company that I have not heard of before. Trust pilot reviews look consistently favourable but none from someone who has made a claim.Has anyone on here any experience especially if they have made a claim ?

Appears to be underwritten by Aviva which is a well known name. My view would be this. Any UK insurer will pay out provided their t&c’s have been adhered to to the letter. Any insurer will check this in event of a claim & not give insured the benefit of the doubt if there is any.

I think many users have issues with their insurer in the event of a claim because the cheap price quoted does not include the all the cover they need & they fail to check this. Had they checked & paid for the extra cover they need then the cheap price would not have been so cheap.

Anybody taking out insurance needs not only to read the t&c’s but talk on the phone to the potential insurer to make sure all their needs are covered.

There does seem to be some new entrants into the caravan insurance markets & I guess this is due to the apparent increase in popularity of caravan ownership. More competition can only be a good thing.
