Welcome to the forum Madcrazyhouse, that unit looks more like a hotel on wheels, than a caravan, outstanding and you are sure to have a great time with it, quite heavy at 1,600kg what are you going to be towing it with.
I guess some work is required to make it U.K. road legal, not sure if the electrics will need a tweek, as you will be going from 110v to 230v, I guess you could use a 230v to 110v transformer, I use one for my 110v Bosch drill, it’s a Record unit around £80 to buy in the U.K.

Quite simply, a fair few camp sites will be inaccessible to you because of your size and type of access road and the available 'swing' through entrance gates. That is information that is very hard to come by especially with an exceptionally large outfit, reviews of sites are often a good source, if anyone comments on difficulty getting a normal UK/Euro caravan onto site, bet you won't get yours on.
I've just trawled through hundreds of potential sites for a group rally I'm organising, I discounted some purely on difficulty of access, no one wants to drag their van or camper down a country lane with overhanging trees that batter the vehicle, or have to shunt it around trying to squeeze through a difficult entrance. There really doesn't seem to be any better source of info than Google Street View for judging access roads (lots of campers use it to plan their routes, sometimes approaching from the opposite direction is more viable), virtually doing a 'fly by' along any potentially difficult parts of route, and judging site entrance.
I have a 'rule', as I generally tow/travel alone, I don't have anyone to guide me should I need to reverse on a narrow single track lane (I can reverse OK, but I can't see behind me, and that is unsafe!), so I never pick sites that are more than a mile of so down what appears to be a very quiet lane (Streetview comes into its own here once again, and a chat with site owner). Simple fact of life, a regular car-caravan combo doesn't fit into most passing places even if you can reverse back to it, so you with your rig stand no chance! NEVER assume even a solo car will be the one to reverse out of your way - I've encountered far too many hopeless drivers who just CANNOT reverse their cars even a few yards (really should never have passed their test!), and then there are the bloody minded ones who expect everyone else to be the ones who budge!
Not all site pitches were born equal! Verify with site exact pitch size, and also consider ease of getting trailer on/off pitch! Probably most large UK caravans have motor movers (not sure they are fitted/available for your trailer), which makes manoeuvring a doddle in even the most restricted spaces, BUT reverse parking a LARGE trailer with a LARGE tow vehicle may be a challenge!
Perhaps going to start a 'Marmite debate' here, but Club sites tend to be well described (perhaps CAMH has the edge over CCC), which makes picking and choosing easier. Private sites and CL/CS advertising/web sites often have a total lack of detail, often only a series of nice photos (some not even of their own site, just stock images!!!!) and maybe basic description of facilities, which makes a phone call/email and interrogation essential, far too many sites don't do themselves justice, they are gems, but their publicity just doesn't convey that. Having just filtered hundreds of sites for my rally the reality is very raw in my mind!
Limited experience of foreign sites and none with the caravan, so will leave others to comment on that.
