The Propane has run out on our Caravan. But.. we have two full Butane bottles for out Folding Camper. Is there any reason I can't put one of the Butane on the caravan (regulator change obviously)

Only reason not to is that Butane doesn't work at low temperatures,Ok from early spring when temperatures are usually above 10 degs.

As long as you bear in mind that butane freezes at a higher temperature than butane.

As already mentioned, butane does not burn well at low temperature, therefore, it is not very useful in the colder months.
