Hi, I'm looking at buying a 2013/14 Bailey Barcelona or Bailey gt65 Bologna and would appreciate any advice on what problems to look for or anyone's experience of owning one of them.

The caravan is 7 years old so make sure you check the date on the tyres. If they are older than 5 years then they will need replacing but damp is your worst enemy whatever make you buy so check all the corners and inside the cupboards for any fusty smells or signs of water leaks.

My brother has a 2013 barcelona from new and has never had any problems. It has the S2 construction and never had any damp issues. Only the tyres have been replaced due to age and perishing so like Tango said check them carefully. Also check to see if the caravan has a good service history.

The Alutec vans are pretty good. They have a 6 year water ingress warranty, so if its been correctly serviced should have had the damp,checks done.
Some have had water ingress around the front lockers and rear corners of the floor.
