Sounds like it's the KCB Palm Storage ( Old Yelloways ) Storage site, Stock lane. I did not find a CASSOA Listing. First I've heard of it.
------------- Yesterday is already a dream and tomorrow is only a vision, but today well lived makes every yesterday a dream of happiness and every tomorrow a vision of hope.
If you do mean KCB in Chadderton then avoid at all costs! We just moved our caravan off there. It is on the CaSSOA website as being a gold member, although whoever assesses these storage sites really needs to re-evaluate this one as all the facilities it advertises as having don't exist. Or if they do, they belong to the other businesses in the same yard. Security is quite lax and not as tight as they make out. There certainly isn't any warden on site or security patrol. The only CCTV is accessed by the owner on his phone. The owner is only interested in money and lacks any sort of customer service care or skills. I've never met such a rude and nasty little man. When we were looking to store our first caravan last year he showed us a flat, hard standing spot. Then when we brought the van to site he said it wasn't available and we ended up storing it on a mud mound for the last 8 months. He also forbid us visiting the yard during lockdown, although the email he printed from CaSSOA and pinned to the fence clearly stated that caravan owners could visit by appointment to winterise their vans or carry out maintenance etc. He also had an issue with us wanting to use a cover on our caravan. Several other people we spoke to have been upset by him and were looking to move. We're now at Alexander Storage in Ashton. It's a little bit further to visit and more expensive but at least we can come and go when we want and have a formal contract in place. So if you can, don't use KCB!
