Take care, removing the oxidisation takes any protected surface off the gelcoat at the same time. As with the car, polish is just a fine cutting compound and removes a micro thin layer of the surface and waxing protects adding a thin layer back to the surface. So if you use any kind of cutting compound ie from an ordinary polish such as Mer or a more agressive cutting compound such as T Cut/G3 etc, then you must put a protective layer of either wax or silicone back over the surface otherwise you'll be back with the dull finish in weeks.

Total waste of money I had him he just uses Autoglym products tells you not to use anything with traffic film remover in and why it washes his wax off. when I spoke to him his motto was I am only doing what you could do yourself. He did mine I had him back to fix dull patches which he didn't succeed with I have bought numerous things to try and fix the dullness and most are just a temporary fix if the gelcoat has gone its gone. You could do better things with your money. If your caravan or motorhome is still in good condition you can clean it just as good as they can if you can be bothered to do it.
