Hi I hope everyone is well I have recently bought a eldis ex2000 solid little van the only problem I have is under the kitchen sink there is a strip that seems to have damp around it dose anyone know what can cause this I have checked water pipes ect all seem fine and there dosent appear to be anything on the exterior

I have had something similar on my Elddis crusader... the connections from the blue and red pipes onto the bottom of the tap are just push fit, and on mine one worked it’s way loose. Water flowed down the outside of the pipe and onto the floor and lower wall. Try pushing both pipes up onto tap fitting to ensure a solid connection. Then turn on hot and cold taps and look for any water flowing down the outside of the pipes. Hope this helps.

They do look tight and feel dry I'm new to caravans that amount of damp won't effect anything will it I'm a worryer 🤣

When I pulled the seal off it was wet and you can feel rot on the wood

I have left the seal away for the day and already feels slightly better have had taps running
