The often used route to value is a peruse of this web site, but they have none of that make/model listed when I looked, in fact they only have one Geist listed at all. May be worth checking occasionally to see if anything comes up.

Don't let the full service and new tyres be used to bump price too much, they would cost about £300, and really only prove the van to be sound, habitable and roadworthy, as it should be anyway unless being sold as otherwise which should then be below market rate. It really will need to be a FULL service, with appliance function as well as gas and electric safety checks, thorough damp check with a multitude of test points, and chassis check/service on brakes and wheel bearings etc. 'Full' services do vary in their thoroughness, some are pretty scant, a full detailed report should be provided.
As previously said, market for caravans is all over the place at moment, difficult to know what is the going rate for any van, bit of a sellers market! Your Geist is a bit of a rare one so not likely to find too many adverts as guide to 'going rate'. Best I can suggest is be guided by similar berth/spec vans of similar age, and whilst Geist have a reputation for quality, they also seem to be slightly basic compared to other makes. Only buy if the service report is glowing, if faults listed, old vans (or even newer ones really!) can be a money pit to put right, caravan appliances are eyewateringly expensive to replace or for spare parts to repair. Think I'd be inclined to devalue it to below typical prices for similar vans as it's a niche brand and may not have popular demand, but that's my instinct, I may be wrong, it may command a premium because of it's rarity, think that's one for some deeper research.
