Well said Barsar. Our Coachman is now 4 years old, but we were very impressed with it. There were just a few minor niggles that were quickly sorted. We bought ours from Glossop caravans and had taken advantage of their offer to stay overnight on their premises where they have a few pitches available for people who have travelled for collection. That meant those little niggles were found and sorted before we left the next morning.
Quite agree,people are quick to complain, so great to hear a little praise when it is due.

Coachman were once the best UK caravans on the market with a reputation for build quality but that was starting to decline in the last few years with with many disgruntled customers returning to dealers with various issues. Sales were most likely declining year on year respectively so they now possibly have had to to change their stance on the issue in order to survive which is a coincidence considering that the company has been involved by a recent take over by a foreign investor. Possibly your new VIP model is the beginning of the new quality programme but time will tell during the 5 year guarantee period so hopefully nothing goes wrong and you can enjoy your new investment.

We are pleased with ours, but would have liked internal access to the under seat locker, other than lifting the seat cover. All good otherwise.

Picking up our (new to us) Coachman Wanderer 19/4 tomorrow.
Bought it from Torksey Caravans. Fingers crossed all car/trailer electrics are ok, I always find them troublesome!
