I think you may need to think this through a little more and maybe do some measuring to check that it's even possible to do as you consider.
Firstly raising 200mm (8"!) is way beyond scope of normal caravan levelling ramps, which typically only raise 80-100mm max! You are very much into realms of car maintenance ramps which typically lift 190-200mm, or custom made ramps. Will you even be able to fit these under your van skirts and clear of the chassis to enable use at all and safe use by centring tyre/clearing side rails? They would need a wide base for stability, car ramps are intended for use on level concrete floors, not soft uneven ground, you'd need some sort of robust flat plate under them, and probably need to anchor them to the ground to stop them slipping whilst you manoeuvred van onto them.
Your corner steadies will almost certainly not extend far enough to cope with extra 200mm height, so you will need to place high packing pads under those too.
Once you've raised whole outfit 200mm your jockey wheel will be well clear of the ground too, and again need packing pads under it. It is not recommended to take all the van weight on corner steadies, it should still be putting significant weight in the jockey wheel! How are you going to lift nose to place any packing under jockey wheel? The jockey column would never stand the strain of being driven up a ramp that steep/high!
It's all looking rather unstable and precarious to me with everything sitting on 200mm (8") of assorted packing devices! As to leveling under those circumstances, use of any kind of sloping pitch looks like a nightmare which would destabilise the outfit even more!
Then there's the transport/stowage of all these lifting/packing devices! Eating into you luggage space/weight capacity quite a lot! - car ramps are huge and heavy!
And you'd do this every time you use your van! IMHO, a properly fitting full awning, which seems to be the best option for your van, is a lot less work, probably less overall weight, much quicker to set up, and inherently safer in use, and not limit you to near snooker table level pitches!
The Old Dears set up is still pretty much within the realms of normal levelling heights/practice with far more achievable methods.
