Hi all, I have a trigano 310 caravan. We make up the bed but I do find i wake up with an aching back. I used to have this problem years ago when I had a pennine pullman so I bought a memory foam mattress topper which helped. I used this topper but I find it doesn't help so wondered if I'm doing something wrong. I put the seat cushions in the middle and the back cushions on the side, but I wondered if it might help having the cushions turned over? I haven't tried this yet. I've been looking at mattress toppers but they are quite thick so storing it in the caravan may be difficult.
Thanks all

Personally I'd turn the seat cushions over so that the leg roll is at the side and out the back cushions in the centre.

One word Duvalay. We have two next to each other on the bed I couldn't get on with sleeping on the cushions alone one side of the bag has a memory foam mattress and the other has a duvet filler so no other bedding is needed you just need somewhere to store them when not in use they roll up and go into their own carrier bags not cheap but a one off buy.

Hi, arent these like sleeping bags? I can't cope with being zipped in. I looked at a double gel topped memory foam topper 6cm depth at £130 so hopefully good, just didn't want to pay out if I don't get on with it.

They don't zip at all they are like an envelope the top is wider than the bottom you can just throw it off you if you get too warm . We have two inner fillers one for Summer and one for Winter different togs.

On our Trigano 310 we turn the seat cushions upside down ( so back of cushions are face down) then place the cushions from right to left one narrow, one wide, one narrow one wide. We find it works for us.
We tend to leave the bed made up as it's not the easiest of things to get the sheets on etc plus even when bed made is made back into seats we still tend to sit outside or in the awning if weather not too good.

We leave it made up too and live in the awning. We have the main trigano awning for long stays and the pop air for weekends.

We have a Tamaris Fluerette, we turn the cushions over and have the big ones in the middle and the narrow ones at foot and head. We have had the foam replaced as they were not giving great support.

I've just got back from a weekend away and turned the cushions over as suggested, it was worse than ever, after a couple of hours I was up and turning them back. I have just ordered an inofia topper, will be here Wednesday and I'm off thursday again for the weekend, let's see how it goes 🤞
