Hello all, I hope someone out there can help me out.
I have Dometic fridge model number RML9330 and problem I have is that every time I try to open the door I need to pull hard, almost like pulling the hole fridge out of place by the handle before it opens.
I know the latch is locking in to place securing the door to swing open when moving but no reason to be like that when we are parked up.
Is it just me or anyone else have same problem/ solutions for this?
If it's like mine it has 2 indentations to the right of the control panel you need to press those in to open the door everytime, or maybe you haven't pushed the travelling catch in far enough I know I always have a problem with that catch OH has to do it for me.

Forget what I just said your fridge is totally different to mine.
We had this model in our Bailey caravan, from memory, the catch has two positions, one for travel lock, the second position is to disarm the lock. Even then I recall we had to press the release catch every time the fridge door was opened.
Fridge doors have a habit of dropping as the hinge pin wears away the flimsy plastic and elongates the round hole to oval. The door drops and therefore doesn't release the catch as it once did. It this is the case, try lifting it up at the outside edge and see if there is any play.
Ours suffered the same problem so I managed to remove the door, drill a larger hole and fit a nylon flange of the appropriate dimentions. Job done, we can keep the milk, pop and prosecco in the door again.

Thank you Dave,Pickled Onion, your post help in away as the door was dropped, not sure why but I only put a extra washer on the bottom hinge and become much better, also, I found this product on ebay called Dometic Door Hook Sleeve and solved my problem with pulling the door hard to open
