We are in an area of weak TV reception and TV pixelates. When charging our phones via the vans usb ports which are next to the TV, we discovered the pixelating stopped.

Sometimes I can just move my arm or something and the tv reception changes.

It would be fascinating to see in the radio frequency spectrum instead of light. Who knows whats going on. If your problem was the other way round I'd say it was the HF buck converters in the chargers interfering 🙄

You can see the RF spectrum if you have a spectrum analyser. We had them in the college I worked in. Very interesting.
We used them to show the students things like amplitude and frequency modulation.
