Pretty normal in my experience with non-breathable/coated fabrics (you get the same in a tent!), we currently have warmish days with high humidity and cooling overnight temps, so perfect storm for condensation.
In my larger Kampa porch awning, I use the optional roof liner, not so sure it cuts the condensation as such, but it certainly stops it dripping everywhere. I also keep the curtains closed overnight, that seems to reduce the condensation on windows. I do also get a little puddling of condensation at foot of airtubes in worst conditions, it's NOT rain leaking in, just condensation run off.
In my smaller Sunncamp porch, I don't have a roof liner, so just ensure nothing in the awning will suffer from 'indoor rain'!
I don't find it a real problem, it's just one of those things you have to live with. First sign of a bit of sun and the condensation soon dries out. I suppose there is no reason why you couldn't wipe the roof to remove the condensation if the dripping was too annoying, but likely a daily task!
