It should be on with heating so,if fluid level is OK it may need bleeding.
The system heats up pretty quickly including the rear radiator.
On our last van ,a Vigo, there was a bleed valve on the towel rail.
Our Cadiz is 2018 and has a bleed valve at the front just inside entrance door behind the seat back and one under each of the beds at the back. Not on the radiator as far as I can see.Ours is an actual radiator not a towel rail type.
I have heard Alde are pretty helpful so you may be able to e- mail them for help or try your local dealer.
