Assuming your leisure battery is fully charged and the remote control is working the next thing is to check the gap between the roller and the tyre, if you have had new tyres fitted the mover may need adjusting.

Hi, thank you for your reply.
Weve been away this week so caravan has been plugged into mains electric. Does the leisure battery need to be on fully charged?

The caravan may have been plugged into mains electricity whilst away but you are only assuming that the battery has been charged without any evidence to confirm this. If it hasn't been charged for any reason such as a defective battery charger for example then you need to do some testing with a voltmeter first so you can eliminate the possible causes respectively. If your leisure battery has insufficient charge it will lack sufficient power to drive the rollers.

There should be an isolator switch probably in the battery compartment. This must be ON to allow mover to work. Its usually positioned so the EHU cable cannot be plugged unless the isolator is off. This can prevent some folk using the movers with the EHU cable still connected which can damage the charger through overloading it.

However, the mover control panel isolates itself after a time of no use and requires this isolator to be switched off and on again to reset.
